Have you been searching for a DayZ server that's more than just a game? Are you looking for a place where a love for the game comes first, and a supportive, friendly community is a core part of the experience? Then welcome to WILDLANDZ.

Born from a true story of generosity, WILDLANDZ began in February 2022 as "Deer Isle is for Lovers.” Founder FreshZie, inspired by a community that once gifted him a PC to keep him in the game, wanted to give back. This act of kindness laid the foundation for a server built on core values of respect, fairness, and inclusivity.

An evolving experience

The journey to WILDLANDZ has been one of constant evolution, guided by the community's needs and the desire to create the perfect DayZ experience. The server first became “Viral”, introducing a hardcore twist with the ‘Zen Virus’, and while it saw some success, we listened to our players. In the summer of 2025, we made our biggest shift yet, moving toward a more vanilla+ traditional DayZ experience that focused on challenging survival.

Today, WILDLANDZ offers a robust and engaging platform with a dedicated team of 4 admins and 3 moderators. We've expanded our offerings to include a rotation of our favorite maps, including the Green County 1.1 update and Winter Zaha.

We protect our community by staying neutral to external drama and disputes, creating a "safe island” where you can escape the noise and focus on what matters: the game. We believe that adults can get along and enjoy DayZ together, even if they don't agree in everything. Our community is inclusive, welcoming and drama-free.

WILDLANDZ is celebrating its 4th birthday in February 2026. The future is bright, and we're excited to continue growing with our incredible players, boosters, donators.
